Estimator & Contracts Administrator - Fitouts and Construction

We are a growing fitout and construction company who have built a reputation servicing projects across the hospitality, retail, and high end residential sectors. Our work comes from word of mouth and repeat business through clients due to our quality of work and service we provide.

Role:

Due to continued growth within our business, an opportunity has become available for an estimator who has experience tendering on fit out projects in either retail or hospitality, and/or high end residential projects.

We are offering a varied role that would involve working on Estimating and Contracts Administration. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Estimating or Contracts admin and be looking to develop their career in a more varied role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

•Relevant tertiary qualification
•Experience estimating within fitout or residential sectors
•Experience preparing tenders, including take off's for all trades and services

•Exposure to Contracts Administration

Duties:

• Prepare and evaluate tender documents
• Handling contracts and variations on different projects
• Read and interpret plan and specifications
• Produce estimate costs of projects
• Produce Labour and material scheduling and ordering
• Working closely with the project managers for pre-construction planning
