We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join our award-winning team in Numurkah.  With over 30 years in the local market, we’re known for our excellence in construction and building quality residential homes and commercial buildings across Northern Victoria. Your new role:

This role will include supervising new home construction sites, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time and to the specifications of the work order. Maintaining records for all work carried out and leading by example to create a positive culture within the business are fundamental to this role. Your input into continual improvement will be well regarded as well as your ability to follow procedures.

You will have:

• Proven planning, time management and organisational skills
• The ability to achieve tight deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Competency with computers
• A valid driver’s licence
• A minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• The ability to instigate and create solutions when others around you are seeking        guidance
