The Builder: 

Operating across Melbourne this medium density builder are never short of work. Double and Triple story residential units and townhouses are their main area of expertise and they have built up a strong reputation for delivering quality results over the past decade. Employees are given the opportunity for long term careers where opportunities present themselves and this is a reason why staff turnover is low. 

Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a gun Site Supervisor on a permanent full time basis.

The project is in Doncaster and consists of tiple story units. 

Role Responsibilities: 

In this role you will report to the Construction Manager and oversee the day to day running of a large development site. You will manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors whilst also ensuring the site is kept clean and that OHS is being met. Ensuring the project is kept on schedule is also a key focus of your role. 

To Be Considered: 

To be considered it is essential that you have recently delivered double story units/ townhouses in a Supervisor capacity. In addition you need to demonstrate:

• Trade Qualifications & a strong understanding of residential construction techniques 
• Strong working knowledge of programming projects & ability to read plans
• Proven ability to manage trades and contractors
• Ability to handle working in a fast paced environment
• A passion for residential construction

Salary & Opportunity:

On offer is a rewarding starting package in the range of $90k-$110k + Super+ Car.
