The Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Manager with an excellent idea for detail and finishes for a luxury $10Mill multi-residential project in inner Melbourne.
As a Site Manager you will be supported by an established team including Project Manager, Contract Administrator and a Leading hand.

About You
The candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology with an ability to manage and follow programs
- Sound adherence to safety
- Excellent at finishes and details
- Effective resolution of workforce matters and issues that may arise
- Prompt defect rectification
- Organise and chair weekly sub-contractor review meetings with the key subcontractors to review program and coordination issues
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management of all levels
- Strong work ethic
