About the company:
Our client is a leading civil contractor in Australia with a great reputation in the infrastructure space. Our client is best known for their extensive experience delivering major construction projects for road, rail, airport and mining infrastructure projects.
About the Role of Senior Contract Administrator:
As part of the commercial team, you will be responsible for both pre and post contracts administration duties including:
- Plan and manage the end to end commercial management of large contracts.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and direct reports to deliver project commercial outcomes.
- Effectively manage the procurement and administration of all contractor and supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits including Assess progress claims and variations including EOT claims.
- Ensure integrity across all projects is maintained and enhanced through contract and commercial activities, in conjunction with timely reporting.
Key Requirements:
- You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role for a Civil Contractor
- Ideally you will have experience on projects from to $2-40mil
- You will ideally be Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Strong Communication skills and strong work ethic
