The Company
A Property Developer that specialises in mixed use high rise developments. They have delivered $1B worth of property and all about delivering quality developments around Australia. 
 
The Role:
My client is looking for an Assistant Development Manager that is passionate about high rise development ($100M) and keen to learn and grow within their firm. You will be reporting to the development managers and operational manager. A great opportunity to get exposure to the full life cycle of a project.
 
To be considered you will need to have:

• Degree qualified in construction, architecture, quantity surveying, engineering, property or environment studies. 
• 2 + years working for builder
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude.
• Driven and motivated.
• Attention to detail focused.
• Thrive in a team envirnoment.
