Project Schedulers – NBN/HFC Fibre / Fixed Line Telecommunications

We are a fast paced growing company working in the HFC/NBN space.

We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable staff member that can join or small and growing team.

This role will have the opportunity to expand with the business as it grows.

Key responsibilities

• Liaising with the field supervisors and team managers to effectively organise and co-ordinate techs to work allocation
• Reporting around work scheduling and planning
• Communication with internal stakeholders around changes and developments to schedule
• Administration duties potentially including collection of work completion data, infield training and assessment data
• General project admin duties- including payments coordination.
• Co-ordinate Site access
• Co-ordinate follow up on 3rd party deliveries
• Manage complaints and defects with site staff
• Closing and completing jobs for payment

 Experience & qualifications: 

• Previous experience working in Construction or Telecommunication space
• Excellent Administrative and communication skills
• Experience in Project Scheduling, planning, invoices and Finance
