Company

Well known and respected business with a long history of success in the Power sector in Australia.  The company has deep sector expertise and relationships across engineering and construction within the Renewable Energy space and is well positioned for rapid growth.

Position

Will see you working closely with the Project Managers to oversee key deliverables onsite during construction managing a large workforce of internal site staff and sub-contractors.  You will develop and oversee the resourcing plan for varying stages of construction, closely monitor logistics of equipment to site and manage a fine-tuned reporting system to regularly update site activities to client and the PM.

With responsibility for a large onsite workforce you will also look out for individual’s development and training opportunities to ensure all staff are suitable challenged and utilised for the delivery of the project(s).

You

Will be well versed in construction management of large $multi-million greenfield projects (ideally 1 Solar Farm in your portfolio) and are confident in building collaborative relationships with Supervisors and sub-contractors.  You will hold a high level of standard when it comes to quality & safety and can point to examples of managing complex resourcing plans including management and performance reviews of direct reports.
