We are an award winning Electrical Company and due to rapid growth winning substantial civil infrastructure projects. We have the opportunity to employ an experienced Project Manager. You will join a professional team who are looking for a high energy individual to assist as the company expands.
About the role
We are one of Sydney's busiest and fastest growing electrical companies who are currently in the market for an Electrical Project Manager to work on a mixture of commercial and infrastructure projects.
You will be required to work mainly throughout Sydney's M5 corridor usual sites will be an hour from our Milperra Office.
Competitive salary package up to $100K including company vehicle and mobile phone is on offer for the right candidate.
Skills and experience
- Tertiary Qualifications - Electrical
- Experience running Commercial Projects
- RIW Card and Rail Project experience Favourable
- High attention to safety and quality
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience construction Project Management
- Planning and scheduling
- Able to manage subcontractors
- Coordination of work
- Contracts and variations
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervising and directing a team of electricians
- Able to plan and order material needs
- Capturing variations
- Communicate well with all stakeholders
- Experienced on commercial construction sites
