Redpath are working with a specialist apartment Head Contractor who are delivering a number of $100M + projects across Sydney. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Administrator for their project in North West Sydney, comprising of 250 units, 40 commercial office suits and a restaurant. The timeline for the project is 18 months and they have a solid pipeline of work for the future.
  
Senior Contract Administrator duties include:
  

• Leading a team of cadets and project coordinators
• Subcontractor liaison
• Preparing documents for subcontractors and issuing contracts
• Reviewing and assessing supplier invoices and sub-contractor progress claims for payment
• Client liaison
• Preparing scope of works for tender
• Forecasting and cost planning
• Ensuring current contracts are running on time and within allocated budgets
• Weekly cost reporting and preparation of final accounts to the project management team

  
Candidate requirements:

• Solid experience working as a Contract Administrator with new build experience 
• Degree educated - Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Able to procure, write scopes and cost report
• Excellent communication skills
