The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on Site Manager to work with an exceptional company. Embracing growth within the medium density and commercial environment, they focus on working with many prominent developers and have extensive experience in building 5 storey multi-function complexes. Showcasing their unique blend of residential and commercial knowledge, they offer intelligent design and better construction methods to create high quality projects that suit various budgets.
The Role
Strong practical experience in contracting and enjoyment in a fast paced, high performance environment will ensure you're able to hit the ground running in this role. The focus of this role is to control all on site construction operations across the group ensuring that the work is done safely, on time and on budget to the right quality standards. Excitingly diverse, we require a dynamic Site Manager who feels comfortable managing all aspects of the job. Comprehensive understanding of Safety & Environmental requirements and Quality Assurance are essential, including the ability to efficiently develop and implement Work Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans and related documentation as well as liaising directly with local councils and service providers and managing sub-contractors.
