Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator & Manager to join our Brisbane team.  To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the expertise to administer contracts and direct the progress of our construction projects.  While this role is focused on quantity surveying, our ideal applicant will have experience in all aspects of construction documentation.

We are looking for a longer term person who not only helps the business to deliver great projects but also creates a high-performance culture within the business with great people.

Your role will also include:

• Managing all administrative and contractual processes to ensure smooth operations
• Liaising and negotiating contract prices and conditions with trades and suppliers
• Preparing and updating project management plans
• Cost planning and budgeting
• Monitoring compliance
• Overseeing contractual correspondence from project inception to completion
• Job site preparation

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, as well as the relevant tertiary qualifications.
