Reporting to the CFO, this newly created role will give the successful candidate the ability to further develop the role with Senior Management and key stakeholders, with opportunity for innovation, progression and creativity making this a very unique opportunity.

Responsibilities & Duties within your role
Successful candidate is to demonstrate capability to:
- Review Contracts and submit for approval in accordance with the company policies and procedures;
- Review and approve subcontract agreements and procurement procedures;
- Ensure that all contracts meet the legal, commercial and corporate standards as well as agreed benchmarks;
- Ensure the effective implementation of commercial and financial risk management procedures;
- Review supply credit application Terms and Conditions;
- Preparation and submission of insurance claims;
- Assist in the annual insurance policy renewal process with the CFO;
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation;
- Provide commercial support and advice to the management team;
- Deliver high quality work, while adhering to timelines;
- Assist with Industrial Relations Negotiations and the renewal of employee enterprise bargaining agreements.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements of Candidates
- Experience with accountability for the commercial management and administration of a medium to large construction business;
- Advanced skills in procedures for project contract review and administration
- Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities supported by high level verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Commerce, Construction Management, Engineering, Law or Quantity Surveying is preferable;
