We are one of Sydney’s leading builders of Custom Homes and House & Land packages, and are based in in Western Sydney (Penrith).
Due to the increasing number of projects, we are looking for an experienced Sales Estimator, who will be reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager.
This successful candidate will be involved in all facets of helping to take our clients through their journey by providing assistance to all of our internal stakeholders with tender and variation pricing as well as project consolidation prior to going to construction. If you are tired of being part of the “Sausage Factory” culture, and are ready for a role that will expose you to custom designs, H&L packages, multi residential construction and estate work, this could be for you. You will need to be able to fulfil the following criteria:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing tender price for Contract / Custom house designs
- Raising variations (tender / post contract/colour selection).
- Consolidating documentation as required throughout the project journey.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of the team.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Estimator in High Volume Residential construction.
- Have a good understanding of construction methods.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Databuild experience is Preferred but not essential
- Accurate and attention to detail
