They have established themselves across Australia, delivering top class projects across a range of sectors including Retail, Hospitality, and Mixed-use, with a client list boasting some of the Melbourne’s most iconic businesses and value of works ranging anywhere between $1mill – 50mill +. The company prides itself on its open-plan office space, flexibility, engaging teamwork and passionate staff. 

They have a requirement for a Contract Administrator to join one of their four delivery teams. Your role will work closely with the Project Manager/ Project team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator who has a strong grounding out of University and is looking for real career prospects for your own personal development.

As the successful candidate, you will have a sound working knowledge of tendering, developing and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating sub contract tenders. 

Requirements:

• Degree qualified 
• Strong organisational skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great ‘can do’ attitude
