About the role:
Utilising your Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) skills and experience you will provide support to the Movie World Maintenance department with asset and facility preventative maintenance scheduling, job plan development, inventory control and other applications / configuration using Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Duties:
• Assist with administration and configuration of Maximo EAM database and applications
• Develop and create reports within Maximo
• Interact closely with Maintenance Managers and Supervisors to manage plant and facility maintenance scheduling, develop detailed job plans and work flow processes
• Ensure quality of asset, location and inventory data input into Maximo
• Review departmental work requests and determine job objectives
• Provide training and support to Maximo end users and liaise with IT to resolve any operation or user issues
Skills and Experience:
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in Maximo 7.5+ is essential including experience in administering and configuring applications, implementation, security setup, maintenance, deployment upgrade and customization
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance planning role using a CMMS
• Technical background with thorough knowledge of manufacturing/mechanical equipment and industrial standards desirable
• Proficiency in web based servers and documentation systems such as SharePoint highly regarded
• Advance level in using Microsoft office suite mainly Word and Excel
