Health Safety Environmental Coordinator

Our client is a Top Tier Construction Contractor aligned with major new build projects throughout Australia. We have a Brisbane based permanent HSE Coordinator role offering an opportunity to work on world class projects.
To be considered suitable for this role you will possess the following;
- Hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Science, Safety, Environmental Management and Sustainability.
- 8+ years' experience as a HSE with HIgh Rise Development experience
- Experienced in High Risk workplaces
- Construction experience essential
- Management and Leadership experienced
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, construction milestones orientation
- Ability to learn and conform to reporting systems
Duties for the role will include but not limited to;
- Lead a Safety culture around project milestones and getting everyone home safely
- Site safety inductions, conducting safety audits
- Managing incident reports and investigations
- Maintain Safety Management Systems
- Assuring all works on site comply with client and legislative requirements as well as general supervision and legislative reporting.
