The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work within a key client account based in Perth. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering and managing low to medium capex projects with our client.
Essentially you will be responsible for the following:
- Management of all stages of project delivery such as scope definition, production of scope works, design, tendering & construction;
- Ensure project specific and statutory requirements are met;
- Management of project costs;
- Contract administration of project contractors, consultants and suppliers;
- Ensure works and services are competed in accordance with specified project time, quality and budget;
Skills & Experience
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering projects or Capex programs;
- Business acumen with demonstrated capability in the contract management of consultants, contractors and suppliers;
- Proficient in applications including Word, Excel, and MS Project;
- Relevant project management qualifications (Bachelor's degree or Diploma or Trade Certificate);
- Experience in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services would be advantageous;
