Opportunity to work with a successful builder who is the largest locally owned and operated construction company in the region.

Our client is looking for a Structures Foreman to join their team to complete the construction of 6 steel and concrete structures on an iconic project in central Newcastle.

They are prepared to pay a premium rate to secure someone quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, co-ordinate and be responsible for the construction of 6 single storey buildings using subcontractors and trades.
• Site supervision of all trades
• WHS management of site activities
• Scheduling of all trades and site workflow
• Continual communication with Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Maintaining quality of construction throughout the project

To be considered you will hold experience in:

• Must have strong steel and concrete structures experience
• Trade background in Carpentry ideal
