Our Urban team deliver strategic town planning, development management and procurement solutions for some of Australia’s leading residential and urban regeneration projects, customised to meet the specific needs of each project and client. 
    
As a leader among your peers as a Project Director you will lead your team and bring confidence to the project management of large scale,complex urban development projects from master planning to subdivision delivery.
  
To be suitable for this role:

• Tertiary Degree in Urban Development, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Building, Planning, Project Management or Construction Management (or similar qualifications) 
• Track record in project management of large scale urban development projects from master planning to subdivision delivery
• Proven skills in negotiating development, infrastructure and rezoning approvals
• Strong appreciation of the NSW planning process
• Appreciation of development feasibility analysis
• Track record in leading technical teams with demonstrated experience in managing and coaching team members
• Exceptional writing, communication and relationship management skills and high level stakeholder management.
• Articulate a vision to follow which motivates others to undertake challenges, tasks and projects
• Build a network with peers and industry colleagues with a view to sharing industry knowledge and opportunities - willingness to contribute to the growth and development of the urban development business
