To complete our team, we require a well organised and mature minded Administration Assistant to join our small team in our Toukley Office.  You will need effective communication skills to provide support to subcontractors, suppliers as well as clients. This role provides administrative support for the office as well as the site managers.

Duties include: answering phone enquiries, filing, attending to walk in clients, assist clients with colour selections in our showroom and all adhoc duties.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with both subcontractors and clients
  • High level attention to detail
  • An ability to solve problems and use your initiative
