Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for two Project Managers to join our highly successful Urban division.  Urban manage a broad range of projects mostly in the major growth corridors of Sydney managing greenfield and brownfield land developments ‘building the communities of the future’. 

We are seeking both a Project Manager with strong skills at the front end of a project - planning and the design and a second a Project Manager who is strong across the delivery and superintendency of projects.
   
As part of a growing team you will have excellent exposure to a varied public and private client base, major institutions to private developers.  The opportunity to grow and build your skill-set through the exposure you will get to managing multiple high profile, interesting and complex urban developments and working with an highly experienced team that get their career's supported through our highly regarded learning and developmen program.

• A tertiary degree in Urban Development, Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, Urban Design or Property Development.
• 2 years plus project management or assistant experience ideally in a consultancy environment or developer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude 
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to manage and maintain excellent client relationships
