Lendlease are looking to appoint a HSEQ Manager to join our Services business within the Roads Division. This role will see you provide operational support across our Operations & Maintenance contract based at Sydney’s Eastern Creek.
Reporting to our Operations and Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for reinforcing the HSEQ strategy at site level, driving improved performance by identifying trends, analysing statistics, preparing reports and implementing compliance initiatives, identifying and addressing risk.
You will also be tasked with providing training, guidance and identifying opportunities within the contract to encourage safe practices. Moreover, you will be able to provide leadership support across risk, compliance, incident investigation, quality control, environmental management and continuous improvement. In this role particular focus will be on the development, implementation and ongoing measuring and evaluation of our HSEQ Management Systems, ensuring accurate reporting on compliance in line with our Global Minimum Requirements.
To be a success in this role your experience will be gained from within other top or mid-tier contractors that deliver either construction or engineering maintenance projects. Ideally you will be Tertiary Qualified in a related discipline, hold a relevant Lead Auditing Qualification and be an expert in accredited safety systems and incident investigation. Prior use of Enablon software and asset management software will be highly regarded.
