Our client is an award winning Project home builder situated on the Northern Suburbs of the Gold Coast. They are currently experiencing one of their busiest years on record and as such are now looking for an experienced Estimator who has ideally worked in both Sales and Production Estimating for a Project builder in Queensland. 

Reporting to the Estimating Manager your responsibilities will include -

• Completing all sales estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines;
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required;
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent customer service skills,
• Liaising with supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors

To be successful for this role, you will possess the following attributes: 

• Worked as an Estimator in the building and construction industry.
• Previous demonstrated costing experience 
• Proficient in using Databuild
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Have excellent accuracy & attention to detail 
• Be able to negotiate and have good communication skills
• Commercial acumen
