The Role: 
  
The role will involve all Production Estimating duties such as BOQ's and providing support to the Sales Estimating team for all Projects, prominently focusing on Projects such as Project Homes & Custom Homes.
  
You will be reporting to the Estimating Manager who is very experienced and a great mentor to grow your skills. The company are a firm believer in internal promotions - they offer a wide variety of career pathways, training & opportunities
  
Some duties may include but not limited to are:
  

• Completing all estimating works
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
• Creating BOQs & procurement
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments/variations
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and service
    

 
You:
 

• Minimum 2+ years in a Production Estimating role for a home builder
• Trade background looked upon favorably, however not essential
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Databuild
• High attention to detail
• Team player & ability to work autonomously
