Award winning Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial construction companies Urgently seeking experienced Contract Administrators due to increased work loads.

Based in Adelaide and well known within the industry these companies are looking for fresh, driven and motivated individuals to join them asap to work on key iconic South Australian projects.

Successful candidates for the Contracts Administrator positions will have:

• Construction management qualifications
• 2+ years Experience working on Australian Projects
• Solid understanding of client and project related cost structures, cost codes and rates.
• Experience with residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to work autonomously is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Successful candidates will be required to

• Partner, review and negotiate with subcontractors and tradesman on site
• Provide assistance on matters relating to implementation of policies and procedures.
• Manage RFI's to architects, clients and consultants.
• Provide senior management with relevant documentation in a timely manner.
• Preparation of project budgets for review and account forecasting.
• Prepare budgets and maintain oversite.
• Process progress claims, delay claims and external variations.
