CWD Builders-Developers based in Broome is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator with a minimum of 2 years experience to join the team.
Estimator tasks:

Quantify and finalise estimates on time for the tender process as per documentation
-
Formulate bill of quantities for tender submission
-
Procurement of project materials and subcontractors in accordance with company procedure
-
Ensure subcontractors and supplier invoices corresponds with procurement
-
Safeguard and ensure contract budgets are sustained
-
Work effectively and professionally within a team environment
Candidate:
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial estimating
-
Sound knowledge of building practices, rules and regulations
-
Understanding of and ability to interpret plans
-
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines efficiently
-
SAGE 300 formerly Timberline software knowledge advantageous
-
Represent the company in a professional manner
