About the business and the role
We are a growing company who provide flexible, quick, efficient and guaranteed Blower Truck services to the Commercial Landscaping and Construction sectors as well as to Local Government and Council Service providers across metropolitan Melbourne, surrounding suburbs and country Victoria.
We have a full time position available for a HC Driver for an immediate start.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties will include, however, not limited to the following:
- Operating the blower truck and blowing in Landscape material
- Setting up/packing up hoses & traffic signage
- Assisting with loading and unloading truck
- Record keeping
- Verifying load documents and obtaining certification of deliveries
- Customer service
- General cleaning
- Follow safe work instructions
- Assist in yard with other duties as directed
Skills and experience
- Must have current drivers licence
- Proven experience as a HC Driver
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Be physically fit
- Be well-presented
Successful applicant must be physically fit, reliable, able to work in a small team environment, care for equipment, have a valid HC truck license, a clean driving record, flexible with hours of work and available to start immediately.
