About the opportunity
The Equipment Management Solutions Group has a position available for an Asset Solutions Advisor who can assist in managing the fleet health requirements for our major Construction and Earthmoving customers. This position is based at our NSW head office in Tomago.
The primary focus of this role is to analyse Condition Monitoring Data (SOS, Inspections, Electronic Data, Site Conditions, and Equipment History) and provide relevant and valuable recommendations to the customer as indicated by the data.
This role will give technical assistance to the sales team, training, customer interfacing; liaise with internal technical staff, and inputs into product development.
What we’re looking for
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:
Essential Criteria:
- Good working knowledge of Caterpillar Condition Monitoring Analyst software or similar
- Schedule Oil Sampling (SOS) Interpretation
- Mechanical / Electrical background and relevant Trade Certificate – with a minimum of 3 years post Trade Certificate experience working in Mechanical / Electrical role/s
- Customer relations skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office package skills and experience
- Efficient planning and time management skills
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Component Failure analysis experience
- Electronic Technician software experience
- VIMS
- VisionLink
- SIS-Web
- CAT-CWS
