Production Estimator | High end residential | $60 - 90k package

If you were successful in this role, you will be working as a Production Estimator on high-end townhouse projects in the South Eastern Suburbs for a company with a strong emphasis on healthy internal and external relationships that focus on clients and trades, attributing to its already stand-out reputation within the industry.

The role:

As a Production Estimator on mid-density projects you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with their in-house design team on new product pricing.
• Reading and interpreting drawings for take-off`s.
• Maintaining a database of quotes from external sub contractors.
• Negotiate pricing with sub contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all components of the project are accounted for in the final tender document.
• Effective and efficient communication with all parties involved in the project
• Maintaining a strong eye for detail across the project from start to finish  

What we need from you

You will be an experienced and qualified Estimator with previous medium density estimating experience gained in the Melbourne market.

You will be proficient with the latest estimating software such as Databuild or Buildsoft, have have good communication skills, a strong work ethic and an ambitious drive to further your career with the organisation.
