Your new company
This reputable Tier 2 Builder have delivered over 5bn in projects across the Australian East Cost. Working across all major specialities of construction, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate to get experience across all facets of construction. Due to a strong pipeline of work and continuous strategies to grow, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis, starting on a $40M apartment build based in Williamstown.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met
• Coordinating trades on site
• Working alongside your Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years local experience in Australia
• Prior experience in a Site Manager role
• Experience delivering projects upwards of $30M
• Trade qualifications in building
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Longevity at previous employers
