An exciting opportunity is now open for a Flooring Estimator to join our friendly, hard-working and close-knit team on the Sunshine Coast.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly into our two company Directors this outstanding role will see you involved in a diverse range of commercial flooring projects. You will be involved in Estimating, Procurement and Project Administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare take-offs and tender estimates
- Prepare mark-ups for tenders
- Review and prepare tender documents
- Prepare cost estimates
- Prepare quality tender submissions
- Manage multiple tenders and manage resources to ensure the timely submission of tenders
- Maintain and manage tender database
- Ensuring all inspections, certificates & documentation are prepared for project completion
- Building strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally
