Due to their commitment to projects, a requirement for an excellent Senior Project Manager/Project Director with extensive experience in fitout around the Canberra market has become available. This is a great opportunity to run and develop team across multiple projects.
Description
Your role will be managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery as well as managing the team to ensure peak performance on all construction projects. You will also be responsible for:
- Growth and development of successful construction fitout delivery team
- Identifying and creating business development opportunities locally
- Fostering existing relationships to ensure repeat opportunities
- Successful high quality delivery of multiple fitout projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with both Government and Private Sector
Profile
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the construction sector specialising specifically within fitout projects and knowledge of the local market. You will also require proven experience in leadership, tendering and business development in order to consistently obtain growth.
