The Role:
- Full cycle estimating position - sales & production
- Working directly with the Directors of the company
- Sales costings and sales estimating
- BOQ's within timelines
- Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
- Stand-alone role working very closely with the construction department
- Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
- Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors

Requirements:
- Estimating experience within the Commercial / Residential building
- Local construction knowledge
- Experience using Estimating Software, preferably Databuild
- An understanding of purchasing and pricing
- Strong construction knowledge
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes
- English language literacy and fluency
- Be highly organised, efficient, have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices programs of Outlook, Excel, and Word
