Monday - Friday l Salary to $140k - Start NOW!

Our client is a high-end residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-value, quality bespoke residential homes and luxury apartment complexes in the Eastern Suburbs.

Due to a heavy workload and an excellent pipeline of work including projects recently secured projects in North Bondi and Paddington - both exclusive high-end homes valued between $2.5M - $3.5M. A small boutique business with 15 employees they have a already carved out a reputation for a leading luxury home builder and delivering some of Sydney most beautiful residences.

In this role reporting to this Construction Manager a you will have an 'all encompassing' Site Management role which will include (but not limited to);

Day-to-day running of the construction site such as; OH&S management, management of site staff, direction of sub-contractors and trades etc
Reading and interpreting plans
Will be experienced in managing the structure of new build houses - double brickwork, concrete.
Client (Customer) liaison and interface
Will ensure top quality finishes throughout - a demand for quality is paramount.
Can help set up and run a construction programme ensuring the project is delivered on-time and within budget
Regular liaison with the Project Manager / Company Owner

Suitable candidates will possess the following;

An Apprentice Carpentry background ideal
Ideally Several years managing and delivering multi-million dollar high-end residential projects - apartments and houses from start to finish
Experience working for third or mid-tier building contractors, delivering commercial projects will also be deemed as valuable
Keen to build a career in the high-end residential work as project pipeline is in the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.
Will have a passion for building high quality homes
High end finishes experiences is essential

On Offer:

Salary from $125k package to $140,000 + Laptop + Phone + Toll Card
Typically Monday to Friday working week, occasional half day on Saturday (rare)
