Project Manager - Remedial
An established, professional remedial building maintenance contractor has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in the remedial construction space to join our growing team based in Northern Beaches, Sydney.
This will be a pivotal position in the business and we are looking for someone to join our team on a long term basis and essentially grow with the company.
ABOUT US
Established for 25 years, we operate across all industries providing remedial services including concrete repairs, magnesite removal, industrial an commercial make goods, balcony repairs and general repairs and maintenance.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Project Management of commercial and multi-residential remedial strata and insurance restoration projects valued up to $1.5m.
- Reporting directly to the COO, with a Site Manager reporting to you on larger projects.
- Liaising with clients, strata, property owners, and management.
- Using your industry knowledge and experience in strategic business management, improving processes, and acting as a main component of growing and shaping the business over the next 5 years.
- Contributing to our supportive and strong team culture
- This is an office based position.
- Remuneration package based on experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Project Management experience within the remedial building space (strata/insurance/restoration/maintenance)
- A solid understanding of remedial building
- A Bachelors in Construction/Diploma of Project Management or similar qualification
- Experience with magnesite removal and concrete cancer
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Team player
