Senior Project Manager

A growing construction company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reigns on sizeable project  within the Residential aCommercial Development space. They work across a number of sectors and have developed and delivered a range of projects across commercial, residential and mixed use sectors whilst building a dynamic, inspiring and hardworking culture.

Main responsibilities:

·         External stakeholder management with one of the businesses key clients

·         Project scheduling, monitoring project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

·         Manage project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flow and preliminary schedules

·         Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for the delivery of a mixed use projects in Sydney. You will take ownership of the project making sure it is delivered on time and to budget whilst managing the Client, Contractor and Consultant team. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously whilst being mentored by industry leaders.

You will have / be:

·         Previous client-side Project Management experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Degree qualified in a relevant field of study

·         Expertise in delivering projects from DA to construction

·         Experience in Design Management and coordination of design through the construction process

·         Managed the tender process to engage a contractor and managing the contractor and contracts administration through delivery.

·         Excellent stakeholder and client management, with exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal

·         A dynamic, collaborative, enthusiastic and driven approach to projects. Delivering above and beyond for your clients is a must.
