We are currently seeking to employ a motivated individual to join our team based in Knoxfield. This position will offer the right candidate excellent variety working within an Electrical Contracting Company! Exciting opportunity in the Commercial Construction Industry.
Work in a supportive team, in a position with autonomy and variety
Key Accountabilities:
Supporting the team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Measuring Architectural drawings to mark up and create a schedule for quoting
- Procurement of materials including quoting and tracking of supplies
- Coordination of project documents, instructions and drawings
- Liaising with key stakeholder
- Keeping the construction management team and site supervisors informed of all issues
- Assessment and administration of contractual variations
Key Selection Criteria:
Your previous experience will lead to your success, as will:
- CAD experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- A proven ability to liaise effectively within all levels
- Strong organisational skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to follow instructions & work independently;
- Ability to multi-task effectively;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to prioritise tasks;
- High attention to detail;
This position is available for immediate start and salary package negotiable to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced work environment where you will be responsible for supporting Estimator, Project Manager and the Director.
