I am currently working with an established fitout and refurbishment contractor that have offices across Australia. They have seen strong and steady growth since there inception over 15 years ago. Whilst they have grown they have always tried to maintain the family feel within the organisation and put the well being of their employees first.

About the Role


We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a $15 million fitout project based in Parramatta. This is a fantastic project to be involved with that requires a high end interior fitout from a cold shell. This is a role for an experienced Site Manager and you will be working with a highly experienced Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, CA and a Junior Site Manager.

Requirements

8 years minimum Site Management experience
Experience delivering complex fitout project over $5 million in value
Ability to mentor and train junior employees
Excellent stakeholder management skills
