Site Manager | Luxury Apartments

• $140 - 160k per annum + Super (scope dependent on years of experience)

My Client are a multi-disciplined contractor who work across an array of industries. With a thriving market right now in Melbourne, this company are excelling building various levels of projects in suburbs across Melbourne.

The team of staff are long term employees and they pride themselves on their staff retention and their family like culture which has stayed the same even in this period of augmentation.

They are about to start a project in Blackburn to the total value of circa $20 million.

They require a Site Manager. With many projects in the pipeline, they are seeking people who want long term career paths within the company as they offer excellent promotion opportunities to help maintain their staff.

This company can offer diversity in projects - Residential, Education, Healthcare and Commercial fit-out and their construction division turnover more than $200 million.

My client will work on projects up to around $30 million.


Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful delivery of project on time and within budget
• Manage OH & S requirements on site
• Program of works and progress reports
• Manage subcontractors
• Attend Site Management meetings

Requirements:

• Site Manager experience for a Building Contractor in Australia, preferably VIC
• Experience of working on Multi-Storey Residential - apartments, units up to the value of $10 million+ Other industries an advantage including any Government work such as Education
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills and previous experience of delivering successful projects on time
• Good knowledge of all OH&S requirements
