About the role
Zancott Knight is looking for experienced Project & Client Service Manager to join the national operation team. As a Project & Client Services Manager, you will have an overall responsibility to manage construction projects to ensure that Time Quality & Cost objectives are met and that the client's expectations are exceeded where possible. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining our client relationships and assist the estimating team to procure opportunities to tender whilst simultaneously developing a network of service providers and quality contractors.
Additional activities involved in this role will include:
- Communicate effectively and cooperate with all relevant industry stakeholders
- Provide support to others as identified and required
- Effectively and efficiently work within each site
- Promote and protect Zancott Knight's image as a Customer Service Focus organization
- Undertake Special Projects as required
- Be diligent and professional in pursuit of job and project outcomes
- Transfer of position within area of expertise if required
- Implement the company's WHS&E system in all aspects of project activities
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in project management and estimating skills
- Formal qualifications in project or building management or related discipline
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including: Work, Health Safety and Welfare Act; EO Legislation; Construction Industry Code of Practice
- Leadership and time management skills
- High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to resolve issues
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Prior experience in dealing with, developing and motivating staff
- Innovative skills to identify opportunities and alternatives to initiate and develop new ideas and practices
- Computer literacy
Police clearance is required prior to commencement; some sites may require a drug and alcohol assessment prior to commencement and throughout the project.
