Senior Project Manager - Demolition / Shoring / Anchoring

This contractor currently has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager. The company has been established for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the delivery of projects valued up to $30 million.

The majority of the projects are in the Sydney area and you will have complete control of a newly awared projects.  
 
This company has a great reputation delivering the civil components of these works and is looking for you to run Sydney based projects. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience overseeing subcontractors and junior members of staff while working closely with the clients to maintain these long standing and established working relationships. 

The projects that you will have worked on will need to have included demolition, bulk and detailed excavation, anchoring, shotcrete walls, bored piling and shoring. Your experience will be on the early civil works and the preparation for construction of major commercial projects that are located in city locations and commercial hubs.
 
There is unfortunately no training provided for you to make the step into this role so you are expected to have a proven track record overseeing similar projects.  The salary will be reflective of your experience and negotiable. 

You will have control on the day to day site activities and have site engineers and senior management to work with you and support your efforts.
