About the company:

Our client are a boutique development firm, specialising in Hotels. Due to organic growth they are appointing a project manager to oversee their latest hotel development ($50 Million). This particular project consists of over 100 hotel rooms, a small amount of residential and retail shops.

About the role:

Establishment and ongoing management of projects
Creating process improvement and innovation with the senior management team
Preparation of business development submissions and project management plans
Providing strong support and leadership to the Site Manager and Contracts Administrator
Management of budgets and financials, programs and quality
Fostering a people first culture with internal and external parties (clients/sub-contractor relationships)

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
Experience in Hotel Project Management is a must
Experience in hotel projects is highly desired but not essential
Degree level qualification in a construction or property related field
Industry recognised professional qualification is highly desirable
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
