This well-established international property group provides a comprehensive suite of services including development advisory and project management for complex built environment projects.

They have a requirement for a Senior Project Manager to join their Sydney business to focus on a major Health development through design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

experience managing building projects from scope development, design management, procurement and construction delivery
large project experience, $100 million + ideally education, health or other social infrastructure
experience in a consultancy, client-side or head contractor role
coordinating design development documentation and regulatory approvals, liaising with consultants
Review project plans, provide input on design, cost saving initiatives, potential construction issues
strong stakeholder management skills

To be considered for the role:

8 years + experience in a project management role
Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or another property related discipline
major fit out or new build project experience
excellent written and verbal communication skills
