Office based Maintenance Role working for leading Residential Builder.

Ideally you will have a customer services or maintenance background will have worked directly in the Residential industry.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator include:

• Liaise with Maintenance Supervisors to allow then to complete work
• Coordinate trades and suppliers to complete all required works on time and to a set level of quality
• Maintain and stick to set standard and codes and process documentation
• Perform organise and plan all maintenance work and follow up accordingly 
• Allocate resources to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time
• Raise purchase orders and produce work orders for the team

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor you will possess

• A trade or services background 
• Time spent with a residential builder
• Good administration abilities and the ability to program jobs 
• Positive can do attitude 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills and general admin skills 
• Excellent knowledge of the NSW construction market
