Year on year growth has seen us expand our team ensuring we secure and deliver our solid pipeline of works and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team. This role reports to the Project Manager. This role is ideally suited to an individual who has the experience, passion and discipline in delivering outstanding construction projects in the residential and commercial market.
Our Modular Buildings are manufactured in our factory and delivered onsite. This is where the fun starts, as our high quality buildings are manufactured in multiple components and need to be assembled into one cohesive unit onsite. While the Site Supervisor will have an active role during the manufacturing stage it will be the Site Supervisor who will be responsible for organising and maintaining a solid site team with defined responsibilities to deliver our project for the client at their site.
Overall, your role will include;
- Setting the quality standard from the beginning of the site works
- Overseeing site safety.
- Effectively liaise with the trade contractors as required.
- Managing materials, supplies and site labor accordingly.
