About the role
- Managing projects from inception to handover with the client whilst ensuring all objectives in regard to project scope, deadlines, cost, quality, risk management, communications, human resource management, procurement and integration are met

You'll manage project stakeholders and develop effective client relationships through project activity and business development.
What you'll need to succeed

A Bachelor Degree or higher in a construction related field
-
Strong experience in the aged care/ health space working within a consultancy or head contractor.

Outstanding planning and organisational skills and the enthusiasm to keep on building those skills

Enviable interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team focus

Sound commercial acumen with experience or keen interest in business development

Unrestricted visa with full working rights
