This established commercial head contractor is a market leader in delivering 1st class commercial building projects.
Due to a further project award they require a Working Foreman to undertake and deliver this small build project. You will be assisting the existing project delivery team in the completion of this commercial project.
The ideal candidate will be either from a carpentry trade background and ideally be able to demonstrate experience working within a wide range of commercial building projects from refurbishment to build. You will have experience of working in a hands on supervisory role.
A good level of computer literacy is essential to allow for the completion of associated paperwork and effective communication with clients and sub-contractors. You will also be comfortable working within live sites, and have the ability to liaise effectively with the client.
This role is initially on a contract basis and may lead to longer term opportunities with this expanding contractor.
