Site Manager - Commercial Fit Out

• Fantastic Tier 2 Australian Contractor with exceptional OHS and EMS
• $4m 6 - 8 Months contract Commercial Fit Out based in Essendon
• Option to be paid ABN or TFN - Immediate start available

Site Manager required for an immediate start rate of pay negotiable depending on experience deliver $4m project

The Company 

Well known Melbourne based contractor, they have around 70 direct employees who are highly professional.
Excellent resourced site teams with full time labourers and carpenters, dedicated OHS & H&S Representatives, using well vetted sub-contractors 
They are looking for somebody to deliver a $4m fit out project within Essendon airport.
They are currently setting up a small works division there will be future projects and the opportunity for somebody to work on a permanent basis further down the line.

The Role

Support and lead a dedicated site team to deliver a $4m project.
This will be a live site upgrading an airport terminal,  Responsible for setting programmes
Site Inspections OH&S reporting, Daily and Monthly reporting
Subcontractor site Inductions
Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames. 

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working on similar projects.
• Trade Qualified in Carpentry
• Highly motivated with drive and passion in a leadership capacity.
• Good management approach.
• Experience in delivering projects $4m+
