Due to recent expansion and new business we are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to perform various maintenance and caretaking work on our newly built and established townhouse sites in the Brisbane Area.
The successful applicant should have a current driver's license and relevant industry experience, be reliable and hardworking and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In return you will be paid an attractive salary package.
Duties will include:
- Use of Electronic internal maintenance management program (training provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas of complexes including BBQ's Bin areas and in some cases pools
- Co-ordinate external contractors/ suppliers in relation to warranty works
- Liaise with body corporates
- Complete finishing touches
- Ensure completion of works by external contractors is to a high standard, including landscaping and gardens, internal fixtures and general finish
- Mowing and weeding of all common areas and other properties as directed
- Patching, painting and general handy man duties
The successful applicant will need to be flexible with work locations and a suitable vehicle will be provided.
